Near and Fair
Fair trade and a friendly welcome is at the heart of Near and Fair. This shop is registered with the British Association for Fair Trade Shops and Suppliers, which means people who make the items sold here are paid a living wage and have good working conditions. It guarantees no child labour was used and also that materials and work practises are respectful of the environment.
Shoppers tell us they love the friendly welcome at this expanding shop, and can’t get enough of favourites such as incense, plantable wildflower seed greetings cards, salt lamps, Divine chocolate and popular Black Yak jackets. There’s a wide range of gifts, clothing, household items and, for the first time this year, even groceries.
